For purchases below £150.00, normal delivery charges will apply.

All shipping and returns are conducted via DHL.

UK deliveries: Next day.

Europe deliveries: 2-3 days.

Rest of the World: 3-5 days.

All returns are FREE of charge.

Please note that for returns purposes, we can only accept a request for a returns authorization number (RNA) within 10 days from the date your goods arrived at destination.

UK:

Next Day Delivery to the UK (DHL): £5.00.

Next day delivery valid for orders placed before noon.

Deliveries from Monday to Friday.

Europe express (DHL zone 3) express 2-3 days: £ 15.00

Europe express (DHL zone 5)  2-3 days: £ 18.00

USA express (DHL zone 6) 2-3 days: £ 20.00

Canada express (DHL zone 7) 3-4 days: £ 25.00

Asia and Australia express (DHL zone 8) 3-4 days: £ 30.00

Rest of the World express (DHL zone 10) 3-4 days £ 30.00

Our shipping partner is DHL.

Before we dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep any delays to a minimum.

We aim to have your order picked and processed ready for shipment within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please note this can take longer during promotional periods when it may take up to 48 hours for your order to be dispatched. You will receive an email advising you of dispatch and supplying you with a tracking number.

We ship to all countries via DHL courier on a DDP – Delivered Duties Paid basis. This means the price you see at the checkout when you enter your delivery location, is the total price you will pay.

Product prices displayed are UK prices and your card will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.

If you for any reason refuse delivery of goods ordered, your item/s will be returned to luxe-layers.com, incurring extra shipping costs and we will be unable to refund any duties and taxes paid by us to your local customs office.

Luxe-layers.com insures each purchase for loss or theft during transit time, until it is delivered to you. We will always require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them, or at that delivery address, is evidence of delivery, fulfillment by luxe-layers.com and transfer of responsibility.
